Final Cut Pro X – How to adjust Exposure using Panasonic GH5 Footage

This video will show you step by step how to adjust the exposure using the lumascope in Final Cut Pro X using Panasonic GH5 Footage. Normally you can open up the colorboard and just adjust the global exposure. If you want to take it to the next level you can use the lumascope, which is a waveform view of the exposure. Here you can see what you need to do with the 3 components that make up exposure:highlights, midtones, and shadows. The Panasonic gh5 can produce high data rate footage that gives you a lot of room to adjust the exposure.
