Final Cut Pro 11 – Finally gets a Major AI update with Automatic Captions & Magnetic Mask

Final Cut is Apple’s popular video editing professional software, but has been lagging behind Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut in terms of new AI features. Two of the standout features in this version of Final Cut Pro include: automatic captions and the magnetic mask.

Automatic Captions

This feature is a game-changer for accessibility and workflow efficiency. Here’s how it works and why it’s so useful:

• AI-Powered Transcription: Final Cut Pro utilizes advanced machine learning to analyze the audio in your video and automatically generate captions. This means you no longer have to manually type out every word, saving you a significant amount of time. 
   
• Accuracy and Speed: The transcription is surprisingly accurate, even with complex audio or multiple speakers. The process is also incredibly fast, often transcribing lengthy videos in a matter of seconds.
